Sandwich Artists™ have a positive outlook, thrive in a busy work environment and are keen to learn the art of great sandwich making. You will work well as part of a team, making delicious sandwiches to customer requirements. You will be responsible for serving customers, following health and safety procedures, and keeping the store clean.
Teams Leaders report to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. You are highly customer focused, have the ability to motivate a team and are keen to progress within a SUBWAY® store. You will be responsible for serving customers, following health and safety procedures and keeping the store clean. You will assist in the development and training of Sandwich Artists™ and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assistant Store Manager
Assistant Store Managers work alongside the Store Manager to assist in: maintaining a high quality of store operation; analysing financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction; and maintaining sandwich quality. You will assist in leading and recruiting the team and in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Store Managers report directly to the Store Owner and their main role is to: maintain a high quality of store operation; analyse financial performance; ensure customer satisfaction; and maintain sandwich quality. You will lead and motivate the team to ensure the financial success of the business. You will support, implement and communicate company policies, processes and procedures to all staff. The role involves the recruitment, training and development of high performing teams.
